Zoomguin · Launch, Slide, Upgrade
Privacy Policy
Effective 1 November 2026 · Türkçe
The short version. Zoomguin is a single-player game. It has no ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts, no sign-in and no leaderboard. Your progress — gold, upgrades, sleds and settings — is saved only on your device. We do not collect your name, e-mail, location or contacts. To fix bugs and balance the game, it sends anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase. It does not collect your device's advertising identifier, does not track you across other apps and websites, and therefore never shows a tracking prompt. We do not sell your data.
Who is responsible
Zoomguin is developed and published by Tunboard (Gökhan Tuncer, an independent developer based in Türkiye), who acts as the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect
1. Anonymous gameplay statistics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played — for example, how far players get on their first runs, or which upgrade people buy first. This tells us where the game is too hard, too easy or confusing, so we can improve its balance.
| Data | Examples |
|---|---|
| Gameplay events | A run started or finished, an upgrade was bought, with simple game values such as distance or level number |
| Technical | Device model, operating system version, app version, device language |
| Approximate country | Derived by Google from the network connection (IP address). We do not receive or store your IP address |
| Identifier | A random, app-specific app-instance ID generated by Firebase. It is not your name, e-mail, phone number or advertising ID, and it is not shared across apps |
These events carry only numbers and short labels from a fixed list. They never contain free text, personal details or precise location.
2. Crash reports
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics. If the game crashes or hits a serious error, we receive a technical report: a stack trace (what the code was doing at the moment of failure), the device state at that moment (for example device model, free memory, orientation), the operating system and app version, and a random Crashlytics installation ID. This is how a crash you experience gets fixed for everyone.
3. Remote settings
We use Google Firebase Remote Config to adjust game-balance values (for example upgrade costs) without shipping a new version. The game asks the server for the current settings; this request includes a random Firebase installation ID and basic app information.
4. If you write to us
If you send us an e-mail, we will of course have your e-mail address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and nothing else.
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifier and no tracking. The game does not collect the Apple IDFA or the Android Advertising ID, does not link your data with data from other companies' apps or websites, and does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt because it does not need it.
- No ads and no in-app purchases. This version of the game shows no ads and sells nothing.
- No account, no sign-in, no leaderboard. The game never asks who you are.
- No location. We never request or receive GPS or precise location. Firebase derives an approximate country from the network connection; we do not store your IP address.
- No contacts, photos, microphone, camera or file access.
- No data sales and no data brokers. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
- Your progress is not uploaded. Gold, upgrades, sleds and settings are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the game, that data is deleted — we cannot restore it for you.
Why we collect it
- To fix problems. Crash reports show us failures we could never reproduce ourselves.
- To balance the game. Anonymous statistics tell us whether progress is too slow, too fast, or gets stuck.
- To improve the first minutes. If new players stop after their first few runs, something in the game is unclear and needs fixing.
- To tune the game without an update. Remote settings let us adjust balance values quickly.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for analytics, crash reporting and remote settings is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in maintaining and improving the game. You can object at any time by writing to us (see below). Deleting the app also stops all collection immediately. In Türkiye, the same processing is carried out under the KVKK (Law No. 6698) on the corresponding legitimate-interest basis (Article 5(2)(f)).
Who else sees it
Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) is provided by Google, which processes this data on our behalf as our service provider (data processor). Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under Google's own safeguards and terms. Google describes its practices in the Google Privacy Policy and on the Privacy and Security in Firebase page. We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Analytics events | Event-level data up to 14 months, then automatically deleted by Google |
| Crash reports | 90 days, per Google's Crashlytics retention |
| Remote settings requests | Not kept by us; Google processes the installation ID only to answer the request |
| Game progress (on your device) | Until you uninstall the game |
| E-mail correspondence | Until it is no longer needed to help you |
Your choices and rights
- Reset your identifier. Deleting and reinstalling the app generates new random IDs and disconnects any previous data from your device.
- Ask us. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK). Write to zoomguin@tunboard.com and we will respond. Please note that because this data is anonymous and not linked to your identity, we may need information from your device to find it — and if we cannot identify your data, we may not be able to action a request.
Deleting your data
There is no account to delete: the game never asks who you are, and your progress lives only on your device. The game has no in-game switch for statistics; you can remove data at any time like this:
- On your device: uninstall the game. This deletes your progress and settings and stops all collection. Reinstalling creates new, unrelated random IDs.
- Data held by Google for us (anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports): write to zoomguin@tunboard.com with the subject "Zoomguin data deletion". Because this data is not linked to your name, we may not be able to find records that belong to you; we will delete what we can identify within 30 days and tell you the result by e-mail. Analytics data is in any case deleted automatically after 14 months and crash reports after 90 days.
Children
This game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that change what is collected — for example ads, purchases or online features — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before those features are released.
